Our services are meant to help families ensure that their older children's needs are met during and throughout labor and delivery. This is something that can look so many different ways depending on the age of the older siblings and the routine and habits they have become accustomed to. The interplay between parents, siblings, and the doula is a dance that is ever changing and customized to your family's birth desires.

::What’s Included::
45 mins interview to meet your doula team and discuss expectations.
Two 2-hour playdates with soon-to-be older sibling to create familiarity and begin forging a bond.
Resources on how to best support your child.
Books on loan and a book list on how to help prep your child for a sibling.
Support around planning for the postpartum period with siblings.
On-call support begins 10 days prior to the due date until your baby is born.
24-hr care for siblings until baby is born and a parent or neighbor/family member is able to care for the siblings.
Help with logistics of ensuring the birthing person can remain in labor-mode. This may include a school/activity pick up, help with bedtime, facilitating the morning routine, distraction from or participation in labor as desired, etc.
Nanny Search Connections include:
A 30 minute phone call with Camilla to chat about your ideal nanny
A list of interview questions & child care insight to help find the best fit for your family
2-3 solid nanny/child care provider recommendations
Advice on contracts and having a household employee
On-going follow up and regular check ins
The Fine Print:
The goal of our service is to offer a cost-effective alternative to doing all the legwork of sourcing candidates yourself without paying expensive nanny agency fees. We are not offering a full-service agency package nor are we able to guarantee that one of your 3 referrals will in fact be the perfect fit. If you would like additional support completing some of your next steps listed above or would like additional referrals after you receive your first set, we are happy to support you, but those extras will potentially incur additional fees. And as always, you are the person who knows your family best so any names shared are simply a referral, and it's up to you to do your due diligence to ensure that this person is a safe, quality caregiver for your family.
